Apples Are The Fruit Of Life

We’ve heard the phrase, “An apple a day will keep the doctor away” and this isn’t new information that needs a new study. Any health expert will tell you eating well is the best thing you can do for yourself and apples seem to be the heart of, well, your heart.

The study of the apple conducted in 2011, which is the latest study to make the health benefits of apples known, seemed to find that eating at least 1 or 2 apples a day lowered cholesterol and two other factors that play a role with plaques and inflammation or swelling in artery walls.
